Self care is more than just bath bombs and diet cheat days. Self care means prioritizing yourself above all others, even if only for a minute. In the hustle and bustle of juggling schedules, families, obligations, and basic life tasks, it is easy to put your needs on the back burner. However, now more than ever, it is important to focus on what makes us feel good. What sweet morsels can we indulge in to remind us that we are a body that can experience pleasure? Not only experience, but that we can enjoy pleasure. Enjoy it because it is deserved, not because it is earned.
